Global leader in their industry who has MORE THAN DOUBLED their gross revenue in the last 5 years looking for a key individual to help with future growth. Currently planning an OVER 50% increase in capital spending for the coming year financed through strong cash reserves. Stock near 52 week high. EPS 4Q exceeded estimates by over 10% (over 35% by one estimate). Coordinate engineers and geoscientists and manage a variety of contaminant hydrogeology and remediation projects * Have experience in management with leadership, managerial and conflict resolution skills * Provide and lead contaminant assessment * Direct teams that may consist of other environmental investigation professionals, engineers, mining, geotechnical and operations personnel * Provide financial leadership with budget and cost oversight. * Provide technical review and leadership in employee health and safety programs * Demonstrated experience and leadership in project management, including budget, schedule and deliverable performance Qualifications: * BS in Engineering or Geology or related discipline * MS in Hydrogeology or related discipline is preferred but not required PE or RPG with extensive experience in contaminant investigation or remediation. * 8+ years of relevant experience with environmental regulations and projects. |

Senior Exploration Geologist will maintain high corporate visibility by
reporting directly to the Director of Exploration & Mining. With considerable responsibility, the incumbent
will help manage the Company’s exploration program. Key to this will be
to gather and interpret geologic information so as to increase and better
quantify ore reserves for the division. Additional
responsibilities of this position include: ·
Planning
and implementing exploration activities ·
Mapping
field geology, sampling, and reporting ·
Interpretation
of geological information ·
Creating
computerized geologic models for existing and potential new deposits ·
Assist
with mine design and extraction ·
Supervise
and provide direction / assistance to the drilling crews The
candidate must hold a BS degree in Geology and have a minimum of 5 years of
experience as a Field Geologist. An MS is preferred. The individual must
be technically adept and can demonstrate a solid record of accomplishment in
finding and proving ore reserves. The right candidate will be accustomed
to working with a high degree of autonomy and be comfortable making sound
decisions that will directly impact the Company’s future mine reserves |

EXPLORATION GEOLOGIST The Exploration Geologist reports directly to the Director of Exploration and will help develop the Company’s exploration program. Specifically, this role will be responsible for gathering and interpreting geologic information so as to increase and better quantify ore reserves for the division. Most of the work is domestic, but some occasional international travel is required. Additional responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: • Planning and implementing exploration activities • Mapping field geology, sampling, and reporting • Interpretation of geological information • Creating computerized geologic models for existing and potential new deposits • Assist with mine design and extraction • Supervise and provide direction / assistance to the drilling crews REQUIREMENTS BS degree in Geology and a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Field Geologist. MS preferred. Someone who is technically adept and can demonstrate a solid record of accomplishment in finding and proving ore reserves.
